The atmosphere and staff is amazing but food fell a lil short for me. Wasn’t horrid but flavor wasn’t there. Really enjoy their cocktails and beers. Well made, tasty, and fresh. The fries are really delicious and my finance really enjoyed the wings. I got the tacos Joshua tree tacos and the fish. there isn’t one Mexican chef in the back or something it was not it for me and I feel so badddd im just not the target audience for it the Mac and cheese wasn’t it either and I wish I got a smaller serving. I think if you eat meat or you are coming just for the bar you’ll have a great time!

Incredible on every level! The food was truly exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the dishes were beautifully presented, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The Snake bite burger, which had such unique and delicious flavor, was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Cowboy Wagu beef dog with creamy macs, sauteed pickled jalapenos and onions, was one of the most delicious combos ever! The tallow fries hit it out of the ball park for us! Simply smashing! Beyond the delicious food, the service was outstanding. The server was incredibly attentive and friendly without being overbearing. She anticipated needs with a smile and ensured everything needed was present. The staff accommodated our son with special needs in a remarkable way. They were so patient and understanding when a quieter table was requested. The staff went out of their way to adjust the order to his needs. The server provided a specific seating arrangement that worked well. This made our experience comfortable and supportive, allowing relaxation and enjoyment of the dinner together as a family. Thank you for creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment for families, including those with special needs. The restaurant will be recommended to others. We will be returning to the Snake Bite Roadhouse again! Plus, there are plenty of photo opportunities inside and outside the establishment!

This place serves up a great hamburger — juicy, flavorful, and it comes with fries. Big bonus: they serve Coke, not Pepsi, which is always a win in my book. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and there’s even a free pool table, which makes it a fun spot to hang out. No doubt about it — we’ll definitely be coming back.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The service was amazing. It was a busy night and a bit of a wait but Trina our Hostess was so accommodating and was checking in with us regularly. Our daughter (9) played pool with other kids while we waited. Our waitresses were on top of it, food and service is the absolute best in town. It was a great night we spent together as a family. We will be back again and again, not just because of the 5 star food, but because of the warm service and hospitality. Thank you all

The food was excellent. All food is freshly made when you order. We had the pork chop and the T-bone steak with marrow butter and a beautiful wedge salad with pickled onions and fried pork belly! The waitresses were friendly and the atmosphere was amazing!!

Old Skool roadside diner with Bite! Good beer, sensible range of bar food, music and DJ Sean with line dancing by local enthusiasts. Slide on by and you’ll likely enjoy a wonderful evening.

Snakebite Roadhouse is such a fun and unexpected gem in Yucca Valley! The atmosphere is a perfect mix of desert roadhouse, retro diner, and modern pool hall. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed — you can tell a lot of care went into it. Food and cocktails were excellent, and the vibe was laid-back but elevated. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The other day my wife and I had dinner at the Snake Bite Roadhouse (SBR) in Yuma Valley CA. It is about 34 miles outside of Palm Springs. It was the perfect place to stop from the drive back to Palm Springs after a day visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was great. Their sauces are made fresh in house. I had the ‘Western’ smash burger and fries, while my wife had the ‘Surf & Turf Wagyu hotdog (white cheddar lobster Mac & cheese) and fries. Their cocktails were on point with balanced flavors. Desert was a must when we were told they had apple, blueberry or cherry artisan homemade pies to choose from, made exclusively for the SBR. I had the blueberry and my wife had the apple. They were just like ‘mama’ used to make. The decore is like you would expect for a diner with various items from the 50’s. Booth or counter seating...with a separate barroom in the back that has a pool table with an incredible history. Ask about it during your visit. **Be sure to ask about crunchy onions if you like onion rings
